If you are with a managed health plan please check with us to be sure we participate with your plan. If you are uninsured, underinsured or out of work we will work with you to arrange a method of payment for services on a sliding scale according to income. Hours:Monday - Wednesday, 7:30 am - 6:30 pm. Closed for lunch, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
