CHC dental clinics provide preventive and restorative services for all ages, children and adults.
Focuses on early screening for all children and sealants for school-age children.
CHC dentists have completed Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (ABCD) training, and are ABCD certified.
This means that their dentists are well-trained and experienced in providing care for very young children and expectant mothers, as well as all adults.

CHC accepts patients who are covered by Medicaid (e.g: DSHS, Provider One, Apple, Basic Health Plus and more), Tri-Care Dental (In support of their service personnel whose families meet income qualifications, there are no out-of-pocket cost for covered services) and most private insurances.
CHC also offers a sliding fee scale based on income and family size for those that are under-insured or uninsured.
Hours:
Monday - Saturday, 6:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Closed for Lunch, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
