CHC dental clinics provide preventive and restorative services for all ages, children and adults.

Focuses on early screening for all children and sealants for school-age children.

CHC dentists have completed Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (ABCD) training, and are ABCD certified.

This means that their dentists are well-trained and experienced in providing care for very young children and expectant mothers, as well as all adults.

5. Extractions 
6. Composites 
7. Night Guards 
8. Space Maintainers 
9. Broken Teeth

• CHC accepts patients who are covered by Medicaid (e.g: DSHS, Provider One, Apple, Basic Health Plus and more)
• Tri-Care Dental (In support of their service personnel whose families meet income qualifications, there are no out-of-pocket cost for covered services) and most private insurances.
• CHC also offers a sliding fee scale based on income and family size for those that are under-insured or uninsured.

Hours:

Monday - Saturday, 6:30 am - 5:30 pm.  

Closed for Lunch, 11:30 am - 12:00 pm
