Available for those who are uninsured, underinsured, or have other barriers to medical care.

The clinic does not accept DCF emergency dental vouchers.

Eligibility:

Patients with illness, injury or dental needs who have modest or no means and no health insurance or no dental insurance.

Referrals are preferred.

Service hours:

Tuesday: 5:30pm-7:00pm
