Mission Statement: After participating in several mission trips to Central and South America providing health care, Dr. Robert D. Lightfoot and his wife, Tami, were inspired to find a way to provide affordable, quality adult primary care in their own community. What began as an act of faith by one physician and his wife, has grown into a partnership of faith involving hundreds of volunteers, medical providers, and churches all responding to God’s call to care for those in need of medical care.

Victoria Health Partners offers medical and dental services for low income or uninsured individuals.

Our patients are low income uninsured people- those who do not qualify for government funded programs and cannot afford medical insurance.
Often the only access to physician care is through the emergency rooms of local hospitals.
This is expensive and all too often ends in financial devastation for the patients and their families.
