The clinic is open on Tuesday nights from 6:00 - 9:00 pm and provides free medical and dental services and prevention education to Hanoverians who are uninsured and meet certain income requirements.

Hanover County Social services estimated in 2006 that over 8,000 folks were eligible for their services, so they have a lot of work to do.

Within a few months of opening they had a long waiting list for dental services.
