You must complete a screening application, provide proof of income, and Texas residency to be accepted for a sliding scale fee and will be determined by the family income and size.

Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30am to 5:30pm

Tuesday from 8:00am to 6:00pm

Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm
