Lone Star Circle of Cares services are not free; they request payment from patients in the form of a co-pay for those insurance plans that require it, or for patients who are uninsured, they collect a fee for service that is determined based on a sliding scale determined by income and family size according to Federal Poverty Level guidelines.

Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
