Restorative and Comprehensive Services: 

• Fillings-Amalgam (silver) and Composite (tooth colored) 
• Crowns (Caps) 
• Bridges 
• Dentures Extractions 
• Periodontal Cleaning (Scaling) 
• Pulpotomies (Emergency Root Therapy) 
• Tooth Whitening (Bleaching)

The FPCN Dental offices accept most Medicaid plans including:

1. United Healthcare Community Plan
2. Health Partners, and Keystone First.

FPCN also participates with many PPO plans and offers sliding fees for our uninsured patients.

Dental Hours: 

Monday and Wednesday, 9:00 am - 7:00  pm. 

Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. 

Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
