Primary medical care Outpatient clinic Urgent careAdditional outpatient services that are provided on site include: Optometry Pharmacy Laboratory Radiology Dental Physical therapy Podiatry Respiratory therapy Social services Sioux San provides direct health services to Native Americans and also provide contract health care services and referrals to those that are eligible within IHS requirements. This means that if a patient is enrolled in federally recognized tribe or can prove lineage of descent of an enrolled tribal member; the patient may receive direct care services at Sioux San. Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (MT), Monday - Friday Fees: None
