An individual must be up-to-date and in good standing for a full year before eligibility for dental assistance will be considered. All clinics are by appointment only and are scheduled through Clover Area Assistance Center. Hours: Monday, Wednesday 1:00pm-4:00pm, Th 9:00am-12:00pmIntake Process: Must be a part of the program to receive any assistance Must bring in photo Id, Social Security cards, proof of address, proof of income, all benefits letters (SSI, SNAP, Social Security, etc.) for everyone in household. Must be at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level. Program Fees: NoneEligibility: Residents must live within the Clover School District boundaries; household income at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level.
