CIfC opens the doors on Monday night at 5pm, providing medical, dental, food, clothing, children's ministry, and more to those in need in our community. For further information on how to get involved in the local outreach call 843-697-9504 or email cifcoutreach@gmail.com. Intake process:walk-in. Random selection for medical clinic and optometry; everybody gets a ticket whenever they come in the door at 5 pm. For food and clothing, everyone will be served. Program Fees:NoneEligibility:Everyone must meet income requirements (200% above poverty levels). In order to access free clinics, you cannot have insurance. Requirements*Picture ID,*Proof of Residency-any mail that has been mailed to the address in which they live,*Indication of their income. Does not provide financial assistance.
