Thanks to the generous support of Trident United Way and previously Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina, Tricounty Family Ministries has been able to bring dentists, optomitrists and audiologists on site for screening clinics. Hours:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday arrive by 8:00am - first come, first serve basis. Intake Process:*Limited number of applications accepted MTWF on a first come, first serve basis. *Need picture ID and SS# for all household membersProgram Fees:NoneEligibility:For any type of financial assistance, including rent, mortgage or utility bills, person MUST have proof of need. Accepted documents include:*have shut off notice, foreclosure notice or eviction notice (proof of rent due)Priority given to:*have 3 children under the age of 18 living in the home OR*disabled senior citizens with at least two people in household.
