Adult patients receive preventive, restorative and acute-care dental services at SYHCs conveniently located, state-of-the-art clinics.

- partial dentures
- complete dentures and extractions.

SYHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center offering high quality, affordable healthcare.
If you have government-issued medical insurance, such as Medi-Cal, you may qualify for medical care at no cost to you.
Otherwise, you can apply for their affordable sliding scale fee discount program, or request a self-pay payment plan.
Regardless of your ability to pay, SYHC will work hard to meet your medical needs.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Saturday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Types of Fees Fees vary based on service provided.
Sliding fee scale based on family size and income.
