Salt Lake Donated Dental Services (SLDDS) is committed to providing quality comprehensive dental treatment for those with no other access to oral health care.
Dental Services include; emergency care, preventive and periodontal maintenance, pediatric dental services, a sedation program, restorative care (fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals), and an extensive denture and partial program.
For individuals who do not qualify for free services, Salt Lake Donated Dental Services (SLDDS) offers services at a significantly reduced rate.
Individuals seeking quality dental care at a discounted price may call 801-935-8164 to schedule an appointment or to inquire about SLDDS Discounted Program.
Income verification is required at each visit and to enable us to keep our fees low, patients must pay in full at time of service.
Salt Lake Donated Dental Services (SLDDS) partners with volunteer dental professionals from the community who provide quality comprehensive dental care for the homeless and the indigent.
Because of the tremendous demand for free dental services and the number and individuals seeking treatment with urgent and significant needs, SLDDS Donated Program is open access.
With the exception of specialized services, patients do not schedule an appointment but have the opportunity to receive treatment immediately, whenever a dentist is volunteering.
Hours:
Monday Thursday, 9:00 am 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm 4:00 pm.
Friday, 9:00 am 12:30 pm.
