Project Vida is a Community Health non-profit organization.

Although they are a non-profit clinic, they are not able to provide free services.

Project Vida Dental Services offers a sliding scale discount based on patients' income and family size.

Payment is expected at the time of service.

Please call 915-313-9908 for an appointment to register with the Dental Clinic.

Registration will determine the discount.

The following items are needed to register with Dental Services:

1. Proof of Income
2. Proof of Residency (i.e. A bill)
3. social security card
4. drivers' license or other state issued picture id

Please contact the dental clinics themselves to confirm that the hours and/or services have not changed.
