They accept most forms of insurance including Medical Assistance and Medicare.
Uninsured and underinsured patients are interviewed prior to their medical or dental appointment to determine their eligibility for Medical Assistance, CHIP, Hamiltons discount fee program, as well as other subsidized programs for which they may qualify; such as family planning or discount prescription programs.
You are responsible for paying any patient fee for service (including co-pay or sliding scale fees) at the time of service.
