Discount Fee Program and Self-PayCommunity Health Net maintains a Discount Fee Program specifically to help patients without insurance.
Any patient is welcome to apply for the Discount Fee Program through the Finance Department.
Those who qualify will receive reduced rates based on income and family size.
Appointments are required.
