Services provided:
General Medical for acute, short-term illnessesChronic Care for treatment of chronic illness including asthma, arthritis, diabetes*, hypertension, and thyroid disorders appointments for diabetes care are currently suspended due to lack of capacity to take new patientsPediatric Dental routine exams, x-rays, fillings, and emergency services (e.g., extractions)Adult Dental treatment of emergency dental problems (primarily extraction)Services are available by appointment - their hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, though there are some appointments available outside those times depending on what type of appointment you need. Lake County Free Medical Clinic exists to address the unmet health care needs of the residents of their community through the provision of quality medical and dental care.
