Offers basic dental procedures, such as exams, cleaning, fillings and tooth extractions. Children who are eligible to receive services at the Dental Clinic include those who are under the age of eighteen and are not covered by private dental insurance. Children under the age of eighteen who are covered by CareSource or Molina are automatically eligible. Call for appointment. Hours: 8am-5pm Third Monday of each month, by appointment only. Fees: Sliding fee scale based on family income. Eligibility: Must be Licking County resident, under the age of 18, not covered by private dental insurance and/or not eligible for Medicaid. Those who are covered by CareSource or Molina are automatically eligible.
