Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center Wade Park CampusProvides dental care for eligible veterans.
In most cases, can only perform emergency extraction.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm by appointment.
Costs:
Free to veterans with service connected dental injuries who have been deemed 100% disabled veterans (from VA, not military or other), or ex-POW (30 days or more)
For other veterans:
Only provides emergency tooth extraction.
May have secondary insurance such as Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance
