MCHC participates in a Health Disparities Collaborative through the United States Department of Health and Human Resources (HRSA), with a focus on new ways of improving the delivery of health care for our diabetic patients, including group visits and education.
They also provide Specialty and Referral Services Mobile Health VanProvides Dental services and participates in community outreach and education.

Services include domestic violence and rape intervention, substance use/abuse education and referral. Educational presentations for schools and organizations and referrals for mental health, housing and food assistance, adult home care, community support groups and early intervention are also available.
Confidential Support Groups for HIV affected and infected persons are available throughout the year and include informational discussions and incentives for attendance.
