For individuals without health insurance, Jordan Health can provide a sliding fee discount based on household size and income.

Hours: 

Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm.

Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 am 9:00 pm.  

Friday, 9:00 am 5:00 pm.
