Eligibility
Those who are without medical insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, Family Health Plus, Child Health Plus, and any other medical assistance or insurance) or dental insurance, and have incomes less than 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines are eligible for their medical and dental services.
