7. Assistance and/or supervision with activities of daily living
8. Counseling for HIV risk reduction
9. Directly observed therapy program (DOT) for greater adherence assistance
10. Harm Reduction services
11. Mental Health and Psychiatric services
12. Activities which promote involvement in the community
13. interpersonal and self care functions
14. Referrals for dental services and sub-specialty care including GYN care
15. Pastoral Counseling for any client requesting such services
