NATIVE HEALTH and NHW Community Health Centers Dental Department accepts American Indian Health Plan and all AHCCCS plans for children under the age of 21 Comprehensive Medical and Dental Program (CMDP) and Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA) Program also accepted.

NATIVE HEALTH and NHW Community Health Center serves all patients regardless of ability to pay.

Discounts for services are offered based on family size and income.

Hours: 

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Dental Emergencies:

Call for same day appointments Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 10:00 am. or 1:00 pm 3:00 pm.
