All services of CommWell Health are offered on a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. 

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:00 am 5:00 pm

Thursday: 8:00 am 8:00 pm

Friday: 8:00 am 1:00 pm
