Fees for services are based on a sliding scale according to Federal poverty guidelines, and eligibility for sliding fee scale discounts is based on the number of people in family and total family income.

Patients are served regardless of ability to pay.

Tuesday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.  

Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  

Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  

Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  

Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.     

Extended Hours Clinic  

Monday 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.  

Tuesday 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.  

Wednesday 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.  

Thursday 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.  

Friday 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
