Through Crider Health Center and Compass Health Dental Services, patients are able to receive high-quality dental care including check-ups, cleanings, x-rays, dental treatments, and ongoing oral health care. Adults: Dental Healthcare is provided for adults through Criders dental clinic in Union. Emergency dental care is available. Most insurance plans are accepted and a sliding fee scale is available for those with no insurance. To schedule your dental appointment, please call. Crider Health Center offers an array of services designed to treat the whole person. Crider Health Center offers adult primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, dental care and a pharmacy. We have services available for individuals with private insurance, Medicaid or Medicare. In addition, many of our services are offered to the uninsured on a sliding fee scale based on income. Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm.
