Experienced staff will work with patients to confidentially determine the best health plan for which they are qualified.

If patients do not meet eligibility standards for any reason, a sliding fee schedule is available. 

Private Insurance, MassHealth, Medicaid, and Self Pay (Sliding Fee Scale) are accepted for all services.

Hours:

Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 6:30 pm

Friday 7:30 am - 4:30

Saturday(every other) 7:30 am - 12:30 pm.
