The door opens at 8:00 am.

If you would like to see if you qualify for a discounted fee, please bring one of the following as proof of your household income:W-2 (from all jobs) in the last tax year from each working person in your household.

Federal tax return or Social Security statement2 current paycheck stubs from each working person in your household

Please contact the dental clinics themselves to confirm that the hours and/or services have not changed.
