They accept third party payments from Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance and Self-pay.

They also accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

In addition, they accept sliding fee scale based on income and family size.

Hours:

Monday and Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Tuesday: 10:00am - 7:00pm.

Wednesday: 8:00am - 7:00pm.

Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
