For more than 30 years, IHC at Kokomo has provided a one-stop medical home for patients.
With a staff of 50 employees, the board-certified doctors, dentist, nurse practitioners, nurses, dental hygienist and dental assistants, social workers and support staff serve more than 7,000 patients a year.
The community health center provides a full range of primary medical and pediatric care, dental services, a WIC program for new mothers and babies, extensive social services, a medication program, and an on-site lab.
The WIC program serves about 2,500 clients.
In addition to direct
- care,
- disease prevention,
- early intervention,
- rehabilitation, and health education are emphasized.
IHC Kokomos focus is the underserved, uninsured and under-insured in Kokomo, Howard County and surrounding areas.
Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance are accepted, and all services are provided on a sliding fee scale.
Transportation vouchers are also offered to patients, to make office visits more convenient.

Saturday: 9 am - 2 pm
