The Dental Care Program is designed to assist those who are income eligible and who have no insurance or other methods with which to pay for needed dental work.

Special funding set-aside for seniors and veterans.

Eligibility:

1. Household Income must be at or below 125% of poverty level for the past 90 days;
2. income limits are available on the McHenry Housing Authority website.

Documents needed:

1. Photo ID,
2. proof of income,
3. proof of residency,
4. Social Security card, and others per regulations.

hours:

Mon, Tue, Thu, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Wed, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.

Fri, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.
