Community Health Care, Inc. knows that many patients do not have dental insurance and with the help of donors, grants, foundations and more.

They are able to offer dental care on a sliding fee that is based on your income.

For example, you could have a dental appointment for as little as $40.

One of Thier counselors will meet with you to determine your finanical obligation based on a Sliding Fee Program.

Dental Hours:

 Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
