Primary health care is provided for conditions within the scope of assistance that the Health Dept. is qualified to provide.
Following a medical examination, the physician will determine the diagnosis and course of treatment.
This may include labwork, x-rays, or referrals.
Fees are based on family income.
The Dental Program provides services by appointment only.
They accept children ages 3 and up and adult clients.
The following services are provided at both their Spring Hill and Brooksville
Sites:
- Preventive Dental Care (Prophy and deep cleaning, Dental Sealants)
- Routine Restorative Dental Care
- (Fillings)Emergency Dental Care, including extractionsFees are sliding scale based on income or medicaid
