GRMC offers a sliding fee schedule to discount the cost of medical,  dental care, or behavioral health for those patients with incomes below 200 percent of the federal poverty line.

All eligible patients who apply for this discount program must provide proof of income. 

Patients are expected to pay appropriate co-pays at time of service.

Hours: 

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. 

Wednesday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
