At this location they provide preventive and primary dental services for persons of low income, the homeless and HIV-positive individuals.

They offer resource referral, supportive services, case management and mental health assessment at The Edgewood, mobile and fixed clinics, homeless shelters, client neighborhoods and various other sites.

They also provide health education programs on a variety of topics including prenatal care, parenting and child education to Atlanta's Hispanic community.  

Service Hours:

Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Minor surgery
  • Electrocardiogram
  • Asthma maintenance
  • Hypertension maintenance
  • Diabetes screening
  • Blood pressure checks
  • Pap screenings and breast exams
  • Mammography screenings
  • HIV primary care & dental care
  • STD screenings
  • Immunization

Their Criteria for Financial Assistance Eligibility:

Before any financial assistance is granted, you must have already exhausted all other sources of payment including

  1. insurance
  2. public assistance
  3. litigation, or third-party liability
  4. Family income, in relation to Federal Poverty Guidelines, Assets (e.g. home, bank account, and stocks), Any additional financial hardship, You must be receiving non-elective, medically necessary care
