The Free Clinic of  Simi Valleys Dental Program addresses the health problems facing uninsured or underinsured individuals and families in the community.

dental services includes: 

• Examinations 
• X-Rays 
• Simple Extractions 
• Fillings 
• Root Canals (on premolars) 
• Partial & Full Dentures 
• Teeth Cleaning 
• Fluoride treatment for Children 0-5

Application Process:

Please call clinic's main line and leave your name. phone number and dental problem, someone will return your call within a week and schedule an appointment.

Leave your message in the dental voicemail box, #44.

Don't leave message in the Medical voicemail, there is a chance you will not get a call back.

Program Fees:

$30 donation is requested, but not required.

Hours:
Monday-Friday 9am.-2pm.
