Dental:

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Pharmacy:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.   

This is an urgent care clinic offering walk-in services:

• Preventive and restorative dental (pediatric and limited adult),
• Pharmacy,
• Diagnostic laboratory,
• Chiropractic and Orthopedic.  

Services:

• Immunizations
• Screenings for communicable disease
• Emergency Medical Services
• Voluntary Family Planning

Case Management, including counseling/assessment:

• Referral
• Follow-up
• Discharge planning and eligibility assistance
• Health Education
• Translation Services
• Outreach
• Referral to Specialty Services
