CHI operates seven (7) state of the art primary care centers, twenty-seven (27) school based programs .
All centers offer quality comprehensive primary and behavioral health care services.
Their physicians are board certified or board eligible.
Additionally, CHI is accredited by the Joint Commission (JC).

- Extractions and tooth replacements
CHI currently has seven dentist and three Hygienist across all sites.

Monday, Wednesday - 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
Tuesday,Thursday, Friday - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
