As a medical home for our patients, CrossOver also offers comprehensive dental care.

The CrossOver Dental Program

* provides cost effective care by utilizing volunteers to provide the majority of our dental services.

CrossOver relies on the dedication of more than 20 volunteer dentists who provide more than 1,000 hours of service each year.

With the help of their volunteers, the CrossOver Dental Program offers an array of dental services to their patients, including: 

• Preventative:

-Cleanings,

-Patient education,

-Screenings 

• Restorative:

-Fillings,

-Extractions

-Dentures

Hours: 

Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm. 

Friday, 8:30 am 3:00 pm.
