Crider Health Center offers an array of services designed to treat the whole person.

Crider Health Center offers adult primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, dental care and a pharmacy.

They have services available for individuals with private insurance, Medicaid or Medicare. In addition, many of their services are offered to the uninsured on a sliding fee scale based on income.

Through Crider Health Center and Compass Health Dental Services, patients are able to receive high-quality dental care including:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
