At CCHC they strive to meet the healthcare needs of all patients, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.

They can offer a wide variety of services through a Sliding Fee Scale.

The Sliding Fee Scale is available to all income-eligible uninsured patients, based on annual household income and family size.

Dental Hours: 

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. 

Saturday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
