- Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Saturday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
The clinic provides health services for people of all ages.
Services are targeted, but not restricted, to residents of Altadena, Pasadena and Sierra Madre.
Services are provided at three clinic locations in Pasadena.
There are no geographic restrictions.
Services include:
- Community clinics
- Contract clinic in LA County PPP program
- CHDP exams
- General medical care
- Physical examinations
- Cholesterol checks
- Cancer screening
- Communicable disease screening
- Vision and hearing testing
- Family planning
- Blood pressure screening, and medications and prescriptions
Public/Private Partnership (PPP) provides outpatient health services for uninsured, low-income Los Angeles County residents of all ages, including General Relief recipients.
It provides primary general medical care.
Applicant's household income must be at or below 134% of federal poverty guidelines, or who are GR recipients.
Dental services include:
- Routine cleaning
- Examinations
- Restorative work
Denti-Cal and private insurance are accepted.
APPLICATION PROCEDUREWalk in or telephone to apply; an appointment is preferred.
FEES/PAYMENT SOURCEFees are set on a sliding fee scale.
The clinic accepts:
- Private insurance
- L A Care
- Healthy Families
- Medi-Cal
- CHDP
- Medicare and Family PACT
No one is refused service due to an inability to pay.
