Services include:
complete dental exams (X-rays and oral exams), as well as preventative care (cleaning and sealants).
CentroMed staff can also provide a wide range of treatment options including fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, bridges, dentures, and partials.
Low cost, high quality dental services are an available option for many of our community residents who are without dental insurance and would otherwise be unable to afford the cost of dental care.
A variety of payment options to include application assistance to various discount programs.
Eligibility:
Specialist as well as Expanded Primary Health Care Promotoras are available to assist patient without insurance.
Patients are encouraged to bring 30 days proof of income and the list of familys members in their household to determine the programs they may qualify for.
Hours
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 am 9:30 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am 8:00 pm
Friday and Saturday: 8:00 am 5:00 pm
