• Assistance for families who wish to enroll in the MediCal, Healthy Families and Healthy Kids Insurance Programs.
• For those patients who are un-insured and under-insured, the working poor, those with limited ability to pay, the homeless, and the indigent, therefore, services are provided at discounted (sliding fee scale) rates for those who qualify based on gross annual income and family size.

Dental Clinic

• Monday-Friday 8am to 5:30pm
