Eisner Health offers primary dental care to their patients and this includes

1. cleanings
2. exams
3. sealants
4. tooth extractions and prevention education

Eisner provides oral screenings and fluoride varnish application for patients 0-5 years old as well as dental exams and oral hygiene instruction ("OHI") to pregnant patients.

Eisner Health is a federally qualified health center dedicated to improving the physical, social, and emotional well-being of people in the communities they serve, regardless of income.

Sliding scale fee is available based on income.

Dental Clinic Hours:

 Monday and Wednesday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm.  Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
