If you do not have medical insurance, El Dorado Community Health Centers offer a sliding fee scale program to patients within a certain income level to help us determine your eligibility.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Saturday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.
