Services include preventive exams and cleaning, fillings, limited root canals, dentures and extractions.
They receive certain government funding to provide outpatient primary care services to patients whose family income is 200% or less of the federal poverty level, who are not covered by health insurance, and who do not qualify for any government health insurance program.
They offer a discount on fees for each medical or dental visit.
The discounts are based on family income and composition, as per federal guidelines.
You will be asked to provide information about family size, income, and financial resources In order to determine if you qualify for a discount.
Hours of operation:
- Between 8:00 AM and 9:30 PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesday of the month
- Between 10:00 AM and 9:30 PM on the 1st and 5th Wednesday of the month
- Between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
